Uttar Pradesh State Medical Faculty (UPSMFAC), Lucknow has issued an official time-bound notification (Patrank Sankhya: 6727/26 dated 08.09.2026) regarding admission on vacant seats for Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) Training Course for Session 2026-27. Under Government Order (Shasanadesh) No. 1/1455212/2026/71-4099/1001/2022 Medical Education Section-4: 22 vacant seats in Government GNM Training Centers will be filled by Atal Bihari Vajpayee Medical University (ABVMU) Lucknow through Stray Round Counselling, while vacant seats in Private GNM Institutions will be filled through institutional entrance examination / merit. The entire admission process must be completed by 30 September 2026.

Educational Eligibility Criteria :

10+2 (Intermediate) passed with English having minimum 40% aggregate marks from a recognized Board (Science stream PCB/PCMB preferred; Arts/Commerce candidates also eligible subject to state norms).

(क) शासकीय क्षेत्र की 22 सीटें: अटल बिहारी वाजपेयी चिकित्सा विश्वविद्यालय (ABVMU) लखनऊ द्वारा स्ट्रे राउण्ड काउंसिलिंग (Stray Round Counselling) के माध्यम से नियमानुसार भरी जाएंगी।

(ख) निजी क्षेत्र की संस्थाएं: रिक्त सीटों को भरने हेतु पूर्व की भांति स्वस्तर से प्रवेश परीक्षा (Institutional Entrance / Merit) के माध्यम से प्रवेश की कार्यवाही करेंगी।

(ग) अनिवार्य समय-सीमा: संपूर्ण प्रवेश प्रक्रिया 30 सितम्बर 2026 तक पूर्ण कर ली जाएगी। अभ्यर्थियों का इनरोलमेंट सेंटर लॉगिन पर 05 अक्टूबर 2026 तक एवं चयनित छात्रों की सूची ई-मेल द्वारा फैकल्टी को 05 अक्टूबर 2026 तक उपलब्ध करानी होगी। 30.09.2026 के पश्चात् लिए गए प्रवेश पूर्णतः अमान्य होंगे।
