The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC), Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS), Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India, has initiated the online counselling process for NEET-UG 2026 for admission to 15% All India Quota (AIQ) seats, 100% seats in Deemed/Central Universities, ESIC, AFMC, AIIMS institutes across India, and JIPMER for MBBS, BDS, and B.Sc Nursing courses. NEET-qualified candidates can register, pay counselling fees, and lock choices on mcc.nic.in.

Central & Deemed Universities BHU, AMU, Jamia Millia Islamia, DU (MAMC, LHMC, UCMS), and all Deemed Medical Colleges 100% Seats NEET (UG) 2026 Qualified candidates meeting institutional domicile/quota criteria.
  • NEET UG Merit: Rank and percentile scored in National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (UG) conducted by NTA.
  • Online Choice Filling & Locking: Candidates select preferred colleges and courses in priority order.
  • Seat Allotment: Computerized allotment based on All India Rank (AIR), category reservation, and candidate choices.
  • Physical Document Verification: Verification of original class 10/12 marksheets, NEET scorecard, admit card, category certificate, and medical fitness at allotted college.
How to Fill Online Application Form
  1. Visit the official MCC counselling portal at mcc.nic.in.
  2. Click on the 'UG Medical Counselling' tab.
  3. Click on 'New Candidate Registration' under candidate activity board.
  4. Enter your NEET UG Roll Number, Application Number, Candidate Name, Mother's Name, and Date of Birth.
  5. Create a strong password and complete mobile/email OTP verification.
  6. Pay the non-refundable registration fee and refundable security deposit online.
  7. Access the 'Choice Filling' section and select preferred colleges and courses in priority order.
  8. Lock your choices within the specified time window and save a copy of the locked choices slip.
