Nursing Officer (NORCET-07) Level-7 Pay Matrix (₹44,900 - ₹1,42,400/- PM + Allowances) 1. B.Sc. (Hons.) Nursing / B.Sc. Nursing from an Indian Nursing Council (INC) recognized Institute / University OR B.Sc. (Post-Certificate) / Post-Basic B.Sc. Nursing + Registered as Nurse & Midwife in State / Indian Nursing Council.

2. Diploma in General Nursing Midwifery (GNM) from an INC recognized Board/Council + Registered as Nurse & Midwife + Minimum 2 Years Experience in minimum 50 bedded Hospital.
  • Stage-I: NORCET Preliminary CBT Examination (100 MCQs / 100 Marks): Qualifying examination (Nursing subjects 80 MCQs + General Knowledge & Aptitude 20 MCQs).
  • Stage-II: NORCET Main CBT Examination (100 MCQs / 100 Marks): Clinical and case scenario-based nursing questions for final merit shortlisting.
  • Institute / AIIMS Allotment based on All-India Merit & Choice Preference.
