Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC), Prayagraj has released Advertisement No. D-1/E-1/2026 for Direct Recruitment of Assistant Professor (1,112 Posts) and Professor (44 Posts) in Autonomous State Medical Colleges under Medical Education Department, UP. Candidates holding MD / MS / DNB in relevant specialties with OTR registration can apply online from 18 August 2026 to 01 September 2026.

Professor	44 Posts	MD / MS / DNB in relevant subject + Minimum 3 to 4 Years Associate Professor experience with requisite research publications as per NMC norms.

Selection Procedure & Important Instructions

OTR Mandatory: One Time Registration (OTR) on uppsc.up.nic.in is compulsory before applying.
Screening & Interview: Selection will be made on the basis of Direct Interview. If the number of applicants is large, a Screening Examination will be conducted by UPPSC.
Submission of Hard Copy: After final submission online, candidate must take printout, attach self-attested copies of all documents, certificates and send to Secretary, UPPSC, Prayagraj before 15/09/2026.

How to Fill Online Application Form

Obtain your 14-digit One Time Registration (OTR) number from the UPPSC portal if not already registered.
Visit uppsc.up.nic.in and click on 'Notifications / Advertisements' → 'Advt No. D-1/E-1/2026'.
Authenticate using your OTR number and OTP sent to your registered mobile.
Select the medical post/specialty you are applying for and verify all educational & experience records.
Pay the online application fee through SBI MOPS gateway.
Submit the online application form and download the final submitted PDF.
Attach self-attested copies of 10th certificate, MBBS, MD/MS/DNB degree, registration certificate, teaching experience and send hard copy to UPPSC office before 15 September 2026.
