Selection Stages: Online Computer Based Test (CBT) followed by Personal Interview. The merit list will be prepared based on combined CBT & Interview performance.
Remuneration / Pay Scale: Selected Management Trainees will receive a monthly stipend of Rs. 30,000/- during 1-year training. On successful completion, absorption as Officer in E-1 Grade with Pay Scale Rs. 40,000 – 1,40,000/- (CTC approx. Rs. 15.4 Lakhs p.a.).
