Form 6 New Voter Registration (First Time Voters) Passport Photograph + Proof of Age (10th Marksheet / Birth Certificate / Aadhaar) + Proof of Residence (Electricity Bill / Aadhaar / Ration Card).
Form 8 Correction of Name, Photo, DOB, Gender, or Shifting of Residence Existing EPIC Number + Relevant Supporting Proof Document.
  • Online Submission -> Field Verification by Booth Level Officer (BLO) -> Approval by Electoral Registration Officer (ERO) -> EPIC Generation & Dispatch.
How to Fill Online Application Form
  1. Visit voters.eci.gov.in.
  2. Sign up with Mobile Number and Email.
  3. Click on 'Fill Form 6' (New Voter) or 'Form 8' (Correction).
  4. Fill State, District, Assembly Constituency, personal details, and upload photo.
  5. Submit and track with the generated Reference ID.
